The Kirkland Junior Common Room (JCR) is the House living room. It is a large room intended for informal gatherings of students. It contains comfortable furniture and two grand pianos. Kirkland students are encouraged to use the room any time.

The JCR will be used only for Kirkland House events and those sponsored by the Masters. They may not be reserved for student group events or meetings. 

The JCR is accessible from the dining hall and A entryway.
