Cosimo is from South Orange, NJ and is currently a 2L at Harvard Law School. During his undergraduate years at Cornell University, Cosimo studied Economics and Government and worked with the Equal Justice Initiative, New Jersey Office of the Public Defender, Lyft, and a variety of political campaigns. In 2021, he was named a Truman Scholar. At HLS, Cosimo represents clients through Harvard Defenders and does research on AI and procedural burdens to civil rights. Cosimo is also a guitarist and has been a featured at Jazz at Lincoln Center on several occasions. He loves having listening sessions, coaching IM soccer, playing chess in Harvard Square, and eating homemade Caribbean and Italian food.
